Draft notice: This privacy policy covers U.S. federal privacy obligations and California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) requirements. Barker and Barker Consulting does not intentionally target, nor does it accept, personal information from residents of the European Union or United Kingdom through the site's Engage forms.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to information that Barker and Barker Consulting LLC ("Barker and Barker Consulting," "the firm," "we," "us," or "our") collects through the barker-barker.com website and its subdomains, including go.barker-barker.com and score.barker-barker.com.

This policy does not apply to information collected in the course of a signed consulting engagement (governed by the engagement agreement), third-party websites linked from this site, or information collected offline.

2a. Information you provide directly

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the fields you complete on that form. Different forms collect different fields:

• Engage RFP form. Name, title, organization, email, phone, opportunity identifier, agency and issuing office, vehicle and set-aside information, scope description, key dates, uploaded documents (optional).
• Engage Media form. Name, title, outlet, outlet email, deadline, format, angle, materials requested, direct phone (optional).
• Engage Speaking form. Name, title, host organization, event name, event date, format, duration, audience size, topic interest, location, event email, direct phone (optional), honorarium bracket (optional).
• Engage Partnership form. Name, title, organization, email, inquiry type, country, additional context.
• Newsletter subscription. Email address only.
• Capability Statement download. Name, organization, email.

2b. Information collected automatically

When you visit this site, our web servers and analytics tools collect IP address (used to derive approximate geographic region), browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed and time spent, search terms (where the referring source discloses them), and downloads and form submissions.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP-anonymization enabled.

2c. Cookies

This site uses strictly necessary cookies for form functionality, analytics cookies through Google Analytics 4, and functional cookies to remember visitor preferences.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to respond to your inquiry, deliver the content you requested, improve the site, comply with legal obligations, and, where you have opted in, to send periodic newsletter content.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who process data on our behalf (email delivery, analytics, CRM), with legal or regulatory authorities where required, and in the course of a corporate transaction (subject to continued protection under this policy).

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
